Senior Associate - Credentialing role at Compugroup Medical focuses on ensuring credentialing processes meet professional standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day credentialing and privileging activities, acting as subject‑matter expert, verifying provider data, coordinating with internal and external teams, and managing enrollment status with payers. The position requires at least 2 years of credentialing experience in the US RCM industry, expertise in CAQH modules and provider enrollment, strong documentation and presentation skills, basic knowledge of Internet concepts, Windows, Microsoft, and Adobe products, and flexibility to work in shifts. What you’ll do

• Ensure credentialing processes are following professional standards, bylaws, state and federal regulatory requirements
• Oversee day-to-day operational credentialing and privileging activities, collaborating with the Credentialing Manager to ensure proper functioning of activities, policies, and procedures
• Act as a resource and subject matter expert, resolving issues, coordinating with Credentialing contacts regarding the credentialing process
• Verify primary source data, such as provider education, board certifications, licensure, and other eligibilities/documents
• Ensure timely credentialing and re-credentialing of network providers and working with Internal/External Team to ensure credentialing files completed within timeframe and compliance
• Call Payers for Enrollment application status and take necessary action

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Credentialing in US RCM industry
• Knowledge in CAQH modules, provider enrollment, overall expertise with CAQH
• Graduate
• Basic knowledge about Internet Concepts, Windows, Micorsoft, Adobe products
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Flexible to work in shifts
