Associate / Sr Associate - Credentialing/Provider Enrollment

About the role

Neolytix Credentialing team ensures US providers and facilities are enrolled with payers quickly and accurately, protecting revenue flow. Associates prepare and submit enrollment applications, track expirables, and maintain CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES profiles, while Senior Associates own end‑to‑end enrollment files, manage payer escalations, and run re‑credentialing calendars. Gurugram, India, on‑site, night shift aligned with US hours.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers
• Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals
• Follow up with payers to resolve application deficiencies
• Maintain accurate trackers for effective dates, licenses, DEA, malpractice and re‑credentialing timelines
• Own complete enrollment files and handle payer escalations (Senior Associate)
• Run re‑credentialing and expirables calendar to prevent lapses
• Review submissions for accuracy and coach associates on payer requirements

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year US provider credentialing/enrollment (Associate)
• 3‑4 years end‑to‑end enrollment ownership (Senior Associate)
• Hands‑on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES portal experience
• High attention to detail and HIPAA compliance
• Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD‑Staff, Verity)
