About the role
Rentokil PCI Quality Assurance team ensures software quality for pest management solutions. The Software Tester / Senior Software Tester designs and executes functional, regression, and usability test plans, collaborates with developers to validate fixes, and contributes to automation improvements. Mumbai, India, on-site work model with immediate joiners preferred.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and verify bug fixes
- Contribute to QA process improvements and automation strategies
- Participate in design and requirement review meetings
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Proficient in designing and executing test plans
- Knowledge of various testing types
Nice to have
ISTQB or CSTE certification advantageous
