Software Tester (Automation with Appium)

About the role

This Software Tester role focuses on automation with Appium to ensure product quality. The position involves designing automated test scripts, performing API testing, and executing manual testing activities. Based in Hyderabad, the work model is Hybrid.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and Appium
• Perform API testing to validate application functionality, integrations, and data flow
• Execute manual testing activities including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and automation frameworks
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and overall quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective test coverage across applications and maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Selenium and Appium for web application automation
• Experience with API testing to validate functionality and data flow
• Ability to execute manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Skill in developing and maintaining test cases, scenarios, and automation frameworks
