About the role
Markets Operations – Foreign Exchange Confirmations & Settlements team at State Street. Leads end‑to‑end FX confirmation and settlement processes, drives transformation to a standardized operating model with new technology, and partners with front‑office, compliance, finance and technology teams. Hyderabad and Mumbai, 4‑day work‑from‑office (On‑site).
What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end FX confirmation and settlement process
- Liaise with front office, compliance, finance, claims and IT teams
- Lead transformation initiative for global standardized operating model
- Ensure timely delivery of cash payments and securities
- Drive risk and control culture across global teams
- Partner with technology to deliver best‑in‑class E2E workflow
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in financial services
- Front‑to‑back FX confirmation and settlement knowledge
- Experience with Interbank, Corporate, CLS settlements
- Familiarity with ION, GTSS, Bloomberg, FXALL, SWIFT, Misys
- Graduate degree in Finance or related field
