What you’ll do

• Generate leads and acquire new customers in assigned area
• Develop and activate referral partners to scale loan business
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Maintain soft bucket collections and monitor early mortality metrics
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years of sales or business development experience
• Proficiency in local language and English
