What you’ll do
- Deliver customer acquisition through business development
- Identify micro markets and recruit referral partners for loan products
- Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
- Manage customer journey and act as liaison between customers and branch
- Support end‑to‑end loan processing and collections
- Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
- Retain existing loan customers
