About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch sales team drives customer acquisition and micro‑loan growth across Attur. The Branch Sales Officer develops new micro‑markets, builds referral partner networks, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while delivering doorstep service. Role based in Attur, on‑site with hybrid days as needed, focusing on business development and cross‑selling insurance.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Identify micro‑markets and recruit quality referral partners
• Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
• Manage customer journey and loan processing end‑to‑end
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain soft bucket collections and retain existing loan customers

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in local language and English
