Branch Sales Officer

About the role

Branch Sales at Muthoot FinCorp focuses on expanding micro loan and gold-backed secured loan portfolios in assigned territories. The role drives customer acquisition through cold calling, referral partner activation, and end‑to‑end loan processing while ensuring service excellence and cross‑selling insurance. Based in Bhongir with on‑site work at the branch, the officer also supports collections and customer retention.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition and business development targets
• Identify and nurture referral partners to expand loan business
• Manage the full loan process from application to disbursement
• Provide doorstep service and act as liaison between customers and branch
• Drive cross‑selling of insurance products and maintain customer relationships

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in sales or business development
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Relationship building and stakeholder management
• Ability to generate leads and conduct cold calls
