Lead Identity Engineer, Microsoft Entra ID

About the role
Delivery Services Team at Simeio builds identity and access management solutions for complex enterprises. As the Entra ID Lead you will design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft Entra ID solutions, migrate applications from PingFederate, and configure authentication flows, Conditional Access policies and automation scripts. Role based in India, on‑site work model, with opportunities to collaborate across IT teams.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement Entra ID solutions including user provisioning and lifecycle management
- Migrate applications from PingFederate to Entra ID using industry standards
- Develop migration playbooks, runbooks and technical documentation
- Configure Conditional Access, application roles and user/group assignments
- Diagnose and resolve authentication, authorization and access issues
- Collaborate with network and application teams to ensure secure integration
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years identity and access management experience
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD
- Experience migrating from PingFederate to Entra ID
- Proficiency with SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Design and implementation of Conditional Access policies
