The Lead Identity Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, mentors a team, and ensures seamless integrations with HRIS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms. Based in India, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence large‑scale IAM strategies across Fortune 1000 customers.
What you’ll do
- Design and configure SailPoint ISC solutions
- Lead deployment and maintenance of identity governance platforms
- Integrate SailPoint with HRIS, AD, and cloud services
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot platform issues
- Guide team members and conduct code reviews
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years SailPoint ISC implementation
- Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Null Checks, Transforms
- Enterprise IAM lifecycle and role‑based access control
- BeanShell or Java scripting
- API integration experience
- Mentoring and team leadership
