The Lead Identity Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, mentors team members, and ensures integrations with HRIS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms are secure and efficient. India, on-site, full-time, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and deployment of SailPoint ISC solutions
- Mentor and guide engineering team members
- Architect Identity and Access Profiles and configure Null Checks and Transforms
- Integrate SailPoint with HRIS, AD, and cloud platforms
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience with SailPoint ISC
- Strong knowledge of Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Null Checks, and Transforms
- Experience implementing SailPoint in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in scripting (BeanShell, Java) and API integrations
- Understanding of identity lifecycle, access reviews, and role-based access control
