The Associate independently manages end‑to‑end hiring across digital health initiatives, crafting job descriptions, assessing candidates, and building a talent pool of thousands. Based in Bengaluru, India, on‑site work with hybrid flexibility, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Prepare job descriptions and search strategies
Create detailed candidate assessment and reference check reports
Manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, networks, and head‑hunting
Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluate soft skills
Build and maintain a talent pool of digital health professionals in India
Lead initiatives to foster an ethical, fun work environment
Assist in structuring OKRs and quarterly assessments

What you’ll bring

2-4 years hiring experience
Tier‑1 recruiting firm or startup recruiting background
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to recruit mid/junior to CXO‑level roles

Nice to have

Experience recruiting for startups, healthcare, technology, or VC firms
