Associate, Talent Acquisition, India – ReSource Pro We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate to support our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering analytical recruiting reports, maintaining data integrity in MS Excel, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the stakeholders - Hands on experience in MS Excel concepts such as data gathering and data cleaning - Understand lookup formulas VLOOKUP, basic Excel functions, Pivot table and Charts, Conditional Formatting, Basic text and numeric functions, Data validation and Data Analysis tools, Formatting techniques - Meet objectives of reporting, maintain accuracy and timelines - Consolidate, generate and distribute periodic recruitment related reports with accuracy and timely manner - Act as a point of contact and a fast learner - Update and maintain existing reports to improve reporting efficiency, consistency and accuracy - Slice & dice the data and bring multiple dimensions from the data shared - Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team - Responsible for ad‑hoc requests and miscellaneous reporting - Assist Talent Acquisition manager with reporting and provide data insights for various projects - Good team player, commitment to high‑quality output service This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, leveraging Excel expertise and analytical skills to drive recruitment success.

What you’ll do
