- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3-6 years talent acquisition experience
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
