What you’ll do
- Create and update SPM keypad documentation and other types of document control
- Process payment keypad release and change requests in the Oracle ERP system
- Coordinate with Key Management, Engineering, and Creative Services on keypad-related projects
- Support other types of document control needs across teams
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge of SPM (Secured payment module) keypad configurations
- Experience in Item Master data and Engineering Changes in the Oracle ERP system
- Experience with the Engineering release process and Change order process in Oracle ERP
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Nice to have
- Experience with electro-mechanical integration
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and USB
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Graphics design skills
