About the role
Presidio End User Computing team delivers modern VDI solutions across AWS, Azure, VMware and Citrix. The Senior Engineer designs and deploys AppStream, Workspaces, Horizon and Workspace ONE, provides Tier‑3 support, and ensures security and compliance for enterprise customers. Role is based in India with on‑site work at Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru or Hyderabad offices.
What you’ll do
- Design and deploy AWS AppStream, Workspaces and Citrix solutions
- Implement and support Horizon VDI, Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes
- Configure and manage Workspace ONE UEM and device compliance
- Provide Tier‑3 troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Apply security best practices and compliance monitoring
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years EUC experience
- Hands‑on Horizon, Citrix, AWS EUC
- Workspace ONE implementation
- AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO expertise
- Certificates, load balancing, firewall rules
