About the role

InnovationTeam Front End Engineering builds enterprise-grade web applications for diverse clients. The Senior Front End Engineer leads design and development of scalable React solutions, architects advanced server‑side rendering pipelines, and creates reusable UI component libraries while collaborating with architects, backend teams, and designers. Remote work from Egypt or any listed location, full‑time, with a focus on performance, SEO, and mentorship of junior developers.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and development of scalable React applications
• Architect and implement SSR solutions using Next.js or custom Node.js pipelines
• Design reusable, high‑performance UI component libraries
• Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js as needed
• Optimize rendering performance and ensure SEO best practices
• Collaborate with architects, backend teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Mentor junior developers

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years front‑end development
• Expert in JavaScript and React
• Experience with Node.js and SSR frameworks
• Proficient with template engines (Pug, EJS, Handlebars)
• Strong architectural design skills
• Performance optimization expertise
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
