What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end NPD program execution from concept to launch
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with senior management on product positioning and cost targets
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, component development, quality, marketing and sales
- Monitor product cost versus target and track progress to production
- Identify and mitigate technical, supply chain and regulatory risks
- Lead pilot build and production ramp‑up activities
- Ensure compliance with homologation, emission, safety and regulatory standards
- Facilitate regular program review meetings and provide status updates to senior management
What you’ll bring
- Engineering or Management degree
- Graduate any stream
- 4-15 years experience in automotive product development
- Age 24-35
- Travel as per company policy
