About the role
Global Delivery at TransUnion delivers transactional, batch and self‑serve solutions supporting client marketing campaigns, risk management and analytical data requests. The Analyst ensures high‑quality batch order fulfilment, validates data, and collaborates with sales and customer teams to meet SLA targets. Chennai and Pune, hybrid (minimum two days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Deliver batch order fulfilment service excellence
- Perform pre‑validations and engage with sales to resolve anomalies
- Produce quality outputs within turnaround times for credit decisions
- Address data concerns before delivery
- Validate system setup and cleanse data per requirements
- Review and process work requests using internal tools
- Maintain high match rate through quality input data
- Identify and improve process efficiency
- Adhere to documented processes and contribute to reviews
- Handle queries and complaints promptly
- Meet KPI metrics and goals
What you’ll bring
- 0-2 years experience in engineering or operations research
- Passion for service excellence
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Planning and workload organization with guidance
- Problem‑solving efficiency
- Multitasking in fast‑paced environment
- High familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work US timings
Nice to have
- Familiarity with credit bureau offerings
- Experience with ETL, Unix, SQL, Python
- Basic knowledge of Autosys or scheduling tools
