About the role

AI/ML Technical Architect on ReBIT's Project Management team, building scalable AI/ML solutions for central banking use cases. Leads end‑to‑end architecture, designs robust ML pipelines, and drives MLOps best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams. Based in Navi Mumbai, on‑site role with potential relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML solution architecture for banking use cases
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Design and implement robust ML pipelines and model deployment strategies
• Prepare technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, runbooks
• Estimate sizing and infrastructure requirements for AI development
• Lead development and deployment of machine learning models
• Establish MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in AI implementations
• Research and apply cutting‑edge AI technologies including LLMs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Continuously improve AI/ML strategies and implement innovative solutions

What you’ll bring

• 10-12 years hands‑on software design and architecture
• 5+ years AI/ML solutioning
• Design, develop, deploy, monitor AI/ML applications in Python
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise
• Develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning models
• Infrastructure sizing and optimization for AI workloads
• MLOps CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Data governance, security, compliance for AI solutions
