About the role
SEO Team leads the organization’s organic growth across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The role defines and executes SEO strategy, mentors a team of specialists, and builds AI-driven automation workflows to scale visibility in Google Search, AI Overviews, and LLM ecosystems. Remote work from India, with full autonomy over strategy and execution, and opportunities for leadership growth.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy for enterprise accounts
- Lead and mentor SEO specialists and executives
- Develop AI-first content and GEO strategies
- Build scalable SEO automation workflows using Python and APIs
- Oversee technical SEO audits and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Drive link-building and digital PR initiatives
- Create reporting frameworks with GA4, GSC, Looker Studio
- Present growth strategies and forecasts to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5-7+ years SEO experience
- 1-2+ years leadership role
- Proven measurable SEO growth
- Technical SEO, semantic SEO, content optimization
- Experience with AI Overviews, GEO, LLM visibility
- Python automation, APIs, SQL
- Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

- Python for SEO automation
- AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
- SEO platforms: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
