About the role

MyAdvice seeks a Technical SEO Team Lead to drive technical search strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. This hands-on leadership role involves managing offshore workflows, guiding team development, and optimizing client campaigns while integrating AI-driven improvements. The position is fully remote with a preference for Bangalore-based candidates.

What you’ll do

Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts
Manage offshore team workflows, assign priorities, and conduct one-on-ones
Join client calls to discuss reporting, results, and technical strategy
Oversee new client onboarding, post-launch optimization, and analytics setup
Monitor campaign performance including traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions
Help the team adopt better AI-supported workflows in technical SEO
Partner with Search Manager to guide SEO input on content briefs and calendars
Review technical SEO work for accuracy and spot workflow bottlenecks

What you’ll bring

5+ years of technical SEO experience including strategy and implementation
Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members
Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, tracking, and performance
Proficiency in WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush/Lumar, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with AI-driven search and practical AI use in SEO workflows
Strong English communication skills for client and internal explanations

Nice to have

Agency, multi-client, or multi-site environment experience
Experience leading offshore or distributed teams
Familiarity with structured data/schema implementation
Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
GA4 or GSC certifications
Proven track record improving team workflows and adopting AI tools
