About the role
Digital Marketing team at Photon Group drives enterprise SEO across Adobe Experience Manager platforms. The SEO Technical Specialist leads discovery workshops, translates SEO requirements into technical solutions, and collaborates with product, development, and analytics teams to implement metadata, schema, and performance optimizations. Based in India, on-site work model with occasional cross‑functional meetings.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical SEO discovery sessions and requirement workshops
- Translate SEO needs into implementation plans for AEM sites
- Collaborate with developers and architects on scalable SEO solutions
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
- Manage metadata, canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemaps, and schema markup
- Ensure SEO compliance during releases, migrations, and redesigns
- Monitor crawl issues and improve Core Web Vitals
- Support sprint planning and release readiness
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years technical SEO experience
- Hands‑on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Facilitation of discovery workshops and backlog grooming
- Expertise with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and structured data
