About the role
SEO Team at G2 builds and scales the discoverability of its marketplace and related sites. The Senior SEO Specialist drives technical SEO, keyword strategy, AEO and LLM-driven traffic initiatives while partnering with Product, Engineering and Content. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid model (2 days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute SEO and AEO initiatives
- Own keyword strategy and content optimization
- Increase organic and LLM-driven traffic through experiments
- Lead competitive analysis and technical SEO implementations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering as primary SEO liaison
- Optimize internal linking, on-page content, and site speed
- Mentor junior SEO specialists
- Support global localization and international SEO
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years proven SEO experience
- Strong data analysis using Excel
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge for SEO
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Profound, STAT
- Technical SEO audits and recommendations
