About the role
BrowserStack SEO team drives organic growth across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms. The Lead - SEO defines and executes product-led SEO and AEO/GEO roadmaps, mentors junior contributors, and collaborates with content, product, engineering, and design to optimize content for users and AI. Remote work from anywhere in India, remote-first environment with home office allowance.
What you’ll do
- Execute end-to-end SEO and AEO/GEO strategy
- Build organic growth plans for search and AI answer platforms
- Prioritize high-intent opportunities across funnel
- Lead keyword, topic, and entity research
- Collaborate with content writers on SEO and UX
- Apply UX principles to content structure
- Track performance using SEO tools
- Report business impact to leadership
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years SEO experience
- SaaS or B2B background
- Strategic SEO ownership
- AI search, AEO/GEO knowledge
- Keyword research and content strategy
- Technical SEO (indexing, crawlability, JS)
- Experience with GSC, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs
- Mentoring junior team members
