About the role

SAP CoE – Rebates & Incentives team builds and maintains Vistex rebate and incentive solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The Senior Analyst configures pricing components, develops RICEF objects for Fiori, gathers requirements, creates functional designs, leads implementation projects, troubleshoots end‑to‑end issues and drives change adoption. Bangalore, India, on-site, full‑time schedule with flexible shift coverage.

What you’ll do

• Configure Vistex rebate and incentive functionality
• Develop pricing components and condition tables
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Create RICEF objects for Fiori applications
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
• Drive change management and user adoption

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 4+ years IT experience
• 2 years SAP experience with Vistex
• Knowledge of IP document setup and pricing components
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• RICEF development for Fiori
• Troubleshooting across functional and technical layers
• Ability to work onshore‑offshore model
