About the role

Finance Operations team at RTX manages the end‑to‑end accounts payable function. The Senior Analyst oversees invoice processing, vendor management, month‑end close, and leads a team to improve controls and automation. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India with a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Oversee processing of invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
• Manage accounts payable team including hiring and training
• Implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud
• Reconcile AP transactions with general ledger
• Prepare and analyze AP reports and metrics
• Coordinate with procurement to match PO, receipts, invoices
• Handle vendor inquiries and disputes
