About the role

Finance Operations at RTX manages the end‑to‑end accounts payable process for a global aerospace and defense leader. The Senior Analyst oversees invoice processing, vendor management, month‑end close, and implements system improvements while leading a team of AP specialists. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – hybrid work model with onsite and remote days.

What you’ll do

• Oversee invoice processing and payment verification
• Manage AP team hiring, training, and performance
• Implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud
• Reconcile AP transactions with general ledger
• Prepare and analyze AP reports and metrics
• Coordinate with procurement for PO‑receipt‑invoice matching
• Handle vendor inquiries and dispute resolution
• Support month‑end close and financial reporting

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years finance operations experience
• B.com/M.com/MBA Finance
