About the role

Cloud & Infra Operations team at Birlasoft provides enterprise application and infrastructure support for critical banking and financial services projects. The Senior Team Lead oversees Level‑2 application support, manages CI/CD pipelines, and ensures smooth deployment and monitoring of Java‑based applications across Linux and Windows environments. Based in Mumbai, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across development and business teams.

What you’ll do

• Provide Level‑2 application support for project and production activities
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot UAT environments
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and database issues
• Monitor performance using ELK, Grafana, and AppDynamics
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend service improvements
