Web Developer Senior/Team Lead

About the role

Platform Engineering team at Zensar Technologies builds and operates cloud-native fintech platforms. The Senior Web Developer leads CI/CD pipeline evolution, AKS cluster management, Terraform IaC, and observability stack design, while driving security automation and on‑call incident response. India, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines with blue/green, canary, and feature‑flag delivery
• Manage AKS clusters including node pools, upgrades, and network policies
• Author and maintain Terraform modules for Azure infrastructure
• Maintain Helm chart library and versioning
• Design and operate observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, tracing)
• Manage Kafka clusters and Azure Service Bus queues
• Implement security automation in pipelines (SAST, container scanning)
• Participate in on‑call rotation and lead post‑incident reviews

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years DevOps/Platform Engineering/SRE experience
• Expertise in Kubernetes (CKA or equivalent) and Helm
• Strong Terraform for Azure or AWS IaC
• Production Kafka operations and Elasticsearch management
• CI/CD pipeline design with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Python scripting for automation
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400) advantageous
• Knowledge of FCA/PCI‑DSS cloud security
