About the role

Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet drives strategic market research and consulting engagements. The Senior Team Lead leads market opportunity assessments, product feasibility studies, and GTM initiatives while mentoring a high‑performance team. Delhi, on-site, with travel across India as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver strategic market research and consulting engagements
• Develop and present research reports and data‑driven insights
• Support business development and prepare proposals and case studies
• Manage client relationships and project execution with senior stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members fostering innovation and operational excellence

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years market research and consulting experience
• Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Power BI, R, or Python
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and project management experience
