The Lead Engineer drives design and evolution of platform services, leads complex initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, observability, and deployment consistency, and guides engineers on best practices without formal people‑management duties. What you’ll do

• Leads design and evolution of shared platform capabilities and standards
• Drives complex platform initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and observability
• Defines technical priorities for platform components, tooling, and automation
• Influences engineering teams to adopt platform guardrails and reduce duplication
• Resolves complex platform engineering issues and shapes durable solutions
• Guides engineers on architecture decisions and implementation approaches

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years platform, software, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Certification in cloud or site reliability engineering preferred
