- 10+ years platform engineering experience
- 3+ years technical leadership
- Expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java
- Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps
- FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Security and compliance architecture
- Microservices and container orchestration
