About the role
Weekday AI client team builds innovative digital experiences for enterprise customers. The Senior Digital Product Designer leads end‑to‑end UX and product design, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive web and mobile solutions. Bengaluru, on‑site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end UX and product design process
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers to define problems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Validate designs through testing and analytics
- Present concepts and research findings to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
What you’ll bring
- 7-14 years product design experience
- Strong UX expertise including research, IA, interaction design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
- Experience in Agile environments
- Understanding of accessibility and design systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Portfolio showcasing UX case studies
