About the role

As Senior Product Manager for Q2C Digitalization, you will define AI product strategy, translate business needs into specifications, and lead cross‑functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver responsible AI features. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru and Chennai, India, with an average of two days per week on‑site at the HPE office.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute AI product strategy and roadmap for Q2C digitalization
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and specs
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and software engineers
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify innovation opportunities
- Prioritize features balancing impact, business needs, and technical complexity
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on insights
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI throughout the product lifecycle
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
