Service Delivery Leader, Mainframe

What you’ll do
- Represent Mainframe Product to internal and external stakeholders
- Synchronize operations between customers and Service Delivery Partners
- Ensure service delivery according to SLAs
- Support operation and development teams with troubleshooting and training
- Coordinate changes between application and mainframe infrastructure teams
- Manage supplier contracts, KPIs, finance and budget topics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Support security and compliance activities
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years experience in Mainframe environment
- Advanced English proficiency
Nice to have
- Knowledge of z/OS, JES2, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL
- Familiarity with CICS, IMS/DC, DB2, IMS/DB
- Understanding of RACF security
- Experience with Mainview monitoring
- Proficiency in COBOL, PL/I, REXX, CLIST
- Knowledge of SMS, HSM storage
- Experience with FTP, sFTP file transfers
