About the role
Network Operations Team at Accenture supports enterprise network stability and performance across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. The engineer resolves incidents, performs L2/L3 troubleshooting, configures routing and switching, and manages wireless infrastructure. Role based in Jaipur with additional on-site locations Bengaluru and Pune, hybrid on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Perform day-to-day administration of LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and capacity using tools like SolarWinds or Splunk
- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for routing, switching, and wireless issues
- Execute RFCs and manage incident, problem, and change tickets
- Support deployment and configuration of network devices and upgrades
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years enterprise network operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
Nice to have
- CCNA certification
- JNCIA or JNCIS certification
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba devices
- Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP
