- Develop cost reduction and cash flow improvement programs
- Drive performance analyses across procurement, supply chain, pricing and overhead
- Mentor and oversee junior team members
- Coordinate with U.S. leadership on priorities and deliverables
- Support implementation tracking and benefits realization
- Contribute to process standardization within India team
- Promote inclusive, values‑driven culture
