About the role

Risk & Reporting (R&R) team at Oaktree delivers technology-enabled performance analytics and investor reporting for alternative investment strategies. The Vice President leads a portfolio of reporting workstreams, sets platform and automation strategy, and manages senior stakeholder governance while building a high‑performing Hyderabad team. Hyderabad, on-site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Set platform standards for performance metrics and reporting workflows
• Own management review of investment‑level performance outputs
• Lead automation roadmap using SQL, Python, Power BI, Fabric
• Govern data quality, validation, and governance for investor reports
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing Hyderabad reporting team
• Manage senior stakeholder governance and escalation processes
• Drive adoption of GenAI tooling within reporting processes
• Oversee portfolio analytics standards and benchmark governance

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years in asset management or financial services
• Deep expertise in alternative investments and performance reporting
• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, Power BI
• Experience with Azure or Microsoft Fabric
• Proven people‑management and team‑building skills
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with ILPA reporting standards
