What you’ll do

• Provide guidance and technical knowledge on performance and reward matters
• Interpret and advise on performance and reward policies
• Liaise with specialists on benefits, executive compensation, global mobility and wellbeing
• Support annual performance and pay review processes
• Implement performance and reward initiatives and ensure governance
• Translate data and reporting into analysis and insights
• Drive simplification and automation of reward processes

What you’ll bring

• 6-10+ years experience in performance or reward in financial services
• Strong technical skills with data tools and compensation systems
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and audit requirements
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to senior audiences
• Knowledge of internal performance and reward policy and regulations
