Technology Business Systems Consultant

About the role

Wells Fargo Technology team seeks a Business Systems Consultant to design and implement automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The role evaluates complex business problems, collaborates with API and AI initiatives, and provides end‑to‑end support from onboarding to issue resolution. Hyderabad office, on‑site work model, shift flexibility required.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate moderately complex business problems and recommend automated solutions
• Develop project budgets, plans, and schedules with independent judgment
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams
• Provide training and support to business user groups
• Manage API portfolio and track customer onboarding progress
• Respond to API issues via email, phone, and forums
• Analyze server logs and troubleshoot customer‑reported issues
• Create step‑by‑step resolution guides
• Escalate issues and feature requests to product managers
• Coordinate with production support, training, and partner teams

What you’ll bring

2+ years Business Systems Data experience

Nice to have

• 2+ years client service with high‑value customers
• 2+ years experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with API provisioning and tools like Apigee, Active Directory
• Experience with Splunk or monitoring tools
• Hands‑on API development
• Agile Scrum experience
• Technical background with complex applications
• Experience with internet/intranet business systems

Skills
