About the role
Hero MotoCorp seeks a Team Manager for Battery Pack Assembly at its Chittoor, AP facility to oversee manufacturing operations. The role involves monitoring workflow, planning resources, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met daily. This is an on-site position focused on Li-Ion battery production within the plant operations team.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for Battery Pack Manufacturing as per desired production volume
- Monitor workflow and optimize planning of equipment, raw material, and manpower
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines for the Battery manufacturing setup
- Produce Battery Packs according to the Production Plan
- Monitor monthly variance of targets
- Provide regular updates on equipment and consumables
- Create and update Operating Procedures to maintain best practices
- Maintain product and process Quality
What you’ll bring
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering
- 4-8 years experience in Li-Ion Batteries production
