About the role
Fintech Platform Engineering team builds scalable backend systems for innovative financial technology solutions. The Senior Backend Engineer designs, develops and maintains high‑performance services that ingest, process and analyze complex loan and investment data, collaborating with product, design and engineering partners. Remote work from India, fully remote with flexible schedule.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement backend services for financial platforms
- Develop data pipelines for loan and investment datasets
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality
- Own end‑to‑end technical solutions and performance optimization
- Contribute to architecture and scalability improvements
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years backend development
- Strong Golang or Java experience
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure
- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Building scalable, data‑driven services
- Fintech or financial data domain exposure
