About the role
Senior Supplier Quality & Development Engineer responsible for evaluating, auditing, and improving supplier performance in India, ensuring compliance with Rotork’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate supplier H&S, ESG, technical capabilities
- Plan and conduct supplier audits
- Lead new part development and issue resolution
- Support tooling and PPAP processes
- Implement statistical quality programs
- Use scorecards to drive improvements
- Report quality performance to management
- Lead problem‑solving initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years Supplier Quality/Development experience
- Hands‑on casting, forging, machining processes
- SPC, GD&T, NDE expertise
- Strong communication in English
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- Experience in matrix organization structure
- International travel experience
