About the role
Network Engineering team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focuses on delivering enterprise and data‑center switching solutions. What you’ll do
- Own and drive complex L3 escalations for Juniper platforms
- Serve as technical escalation point for TAC and global support teams
- Isolate issues across software, hardware and network design layers
- Reproduce customer issues in lab and collaborate with engineering for fixes
- Deliver root‑cause analysis, workarounds and permanent solutions
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management and QA to resolve defects
- Contribute to new product introductions and feature validation
- Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles and troubleshooting guides
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related engineering
Nice to have
- 7-10+ years networking experience
- Expertise in Juniper enterprise and data‑center switching
- Strong L3 escalation and customer support background
- Proficient in IP protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP)
- Deep knowledge of switching, routing (BGP, OSPF, RIP) and overlays (EVPN, VXLAN)
- Experience with troubleshooting across software, hardware and design layers
