About the role
Enterprise Network Engineering Team at Serverhub drives the backbone of our global hosting and cloud services. The role builds, configures, and troubleshoots enterprise-grade networks across data centers, hosting, and cloud infrastructures, ensuring SLA-driven reliability and security. Based in Bengaluru, India, the engineer works on-site with a rotational shift schedule, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance connectivity.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs
- Manage DNS, load balancers, and hosting protocols
- Design VPCs, subnets, and hybrid connectivity
- Administer firewalls and DDoS mitigation
- Automate with Python, Bash, Ansible
- Monitor with Zabbix, Grafana, ELK
- Troubleshoot with Wireshark, traceroute
- Handle Level 3 escalations
