Sr. Associate, Quality Management Systems

About the role

Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs team seeks a Sr. Associate to manage Quality Management Systems and ensure global compliance. The role involves driving quality improvement, managing document lifecycles in Veeva Quality Vault, and developing instructional design materials for training programs. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

• Harmonize and standardize the Quality Management System through specialized tasks and independent research
• Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, SCORM packages, and job aids
• Publish and maintain training content in Veeva Quality Vault
• Track and report on training completion and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation
• Support operational systems for Non-Conformance Investigation, CAPA, and Change Control
• Interface and collaborate with sites globally at all organizational levels

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience working in Veeva Quality Vault (Document Control and Training)
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
• Appropriate education and experience to successfully perform responsibilities
