Sr Associate Supplier Quality

About the role

Responsible for quality and compliance oversight of raw material suppliers. Works independently with cross‑functional team. Handles QA contacts, change control, CAPA, SOPs, audits, supplier metrics, risk management, continuous improvement, and documentation. Requires bachelor’s in science/engineering, 2+ years experience, GMP/GDP knowledge, supplier quality oversight, and technical writing.

What you’ll do

• Perform QA contact on quality events, change control, CAPA
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure GMP/GDP compliance
• Prepare, review, approve SOPs and GMP/GDP docs
• Engage suppliers to align quality agreements
• Integrate risk management into raw material lifecycle
• Support supplier monitoring oversight
• Assist with audits and inspections
• Assess quality and approve changes to inspection profiles
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives
• Develop practical solutions aligned with objectives
• Own supplier metrics and performance assessments
• Work independently with minimal supervision

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering + 2+ yrs experience
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements
• Familiarity with raw material compendial testing
• Experience overseeing supplier quality
• Strong technical writing skills
