About the role

Amazon Operations team drives seller and buyer experience through delivery programs. The Operations Specialist partners with sellers, support, 3P carriers and product managers to resolve short‑term fulfillment issues, monitor performance metrics and develop analytical models and dashboards for strategic planning. Based in Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with occasional weekend work.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor operations performance and address issues with 3P carriers, customer service, seller support and product teams
  • Resolve seller‑reported fulfillment issues and drive operational tickets to resolution
  • Gather and analyze seller feedback to recommend experience improvements
  • Develop analytical models to assess problems and business impact
  • Design, automate and maintain metrics, reports, dashboards for key business drivers
  • Partner with operations and business teams to implement KPIs and reporting solutions
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ years data-driven business operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
